1. Introduction

By accessing the RakyatSlot website, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Player to access and use the RakyatSlot Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or matched deposit awarded by RakyatSlot subject to Wagering Requirements.
• "Deposit" — real-money funds transferred to a Player's Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification; the identity and payment verification process required before Withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" — the RakyatSlot website, mobile browser interface, games, cashier and all related services available at https://rakyatslot.cam.
• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who is under21 years of age, accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it, or winings derived from it, may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account Balance to an approved payment instrument.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the RakyatSlot Platform. This is a strict minimum age requirement consistent with international casino-style gaming standards. RakyatSlot will request identity documentation at any stage to verify age compliance.

3.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots and third-party agents are not permitted to hold accounts.

3.3 Only one account person, household, IP address, device and shared payment method is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

3.4 You are solely responsible for verifying that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. RakyatSlot does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular country or region. Malaysian players acknowledge the regulatory position described in Section 1.

3.5 RakyatSlot reserves the right to decline registration, suspend or permanently close any account if eligibility criteria are not satisfied, or if a Player has been self-excluded from any gambling service, at any time and at its sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your login is your responsibility.

4.3 KYC verification is required before the first Withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid MyKad (Malaysian national identity card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method and proof of address may also be requested.

4.4 If any information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, RakyatSlot may close the account, void all bets and withold pending winnings pending investigation.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use RakyatSlot for any commercial, professional or systematic financial gain other than legitimate winings from wagers placed.

5.2 All bets placed on the Platform are final once accepted. You acknowledge that all games and sports betting markets involve an element of chance and that historical results do not guarantee future outcomes.

5.3 RakyatSlot reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a technical error, manifest pricing error, software malfunction or any event that RakyatSlot, acting reasonably, determines was not an intended market condition.

5.4 Game results on the Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software where applicable, or by real-time outcomes in sports and live dealer environments. These outcomes are independent and not subject to manipulation by the Platform or by any Player.

5.5 RakyatSlot may conduct scheduled or emergency platform maintenance. During maintenance periods, access to games, cashier services or account functions may be temporarily unavailable. RakyatSlot is not liable for losses arising from unplanned outages where reasonable steps to restore service are taken.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits are accepted via approved payment channels. Current Malaysian-compatible methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and selected cryptocurrency options (USDT, BTC). Available methods are subject to change.

6.2 All Deposits and Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment instrument operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate available at the time of transaction. Any applicable third-party fees are the responsibility of the Player.

6.3 Withdrawal requests require that KYC verification has been completed, that any applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied and that the account is in good standing. RakyatSlot targets the following indicative processing times: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. 6.4 RakyatSlot operates anti-moneylaundering (AML) procedures. You confirm that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where technically possible. 6.5 RakyatSlot reserves the right to reverse or withold a Withdrawal pending completion of verification requirements or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 RakyatSlot may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins and other promotional incentives at its discretion. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated individual promotion terms, Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other account. Only one bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device or payment method per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.4 RakyatSlot reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where misuse, exploitation or technical error is suspected. Where a bonus has been credited in error, RakyatSlot may reclaim the equivalent amount from the Player's Balance.

7.5 Bonus expiry periods apply. Unused Bonus funds that expire before Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the RakyatSlot Platform:

1. Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms.
2. Creating more than one account or using false identity information to register.
3. Using software, bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit platform functions or gain an unfair advantage.
4. Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical vulnerabilities to generate profit. Discovered errors must be reported to support immediately.
5. Coluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
6. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform.
7. Depositing, wagering and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling intent (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" in breach of stated bonus terms).
8. Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward any RakyatSlot employee or support agent.

RakyatSlot reserves the right to immediately close accounts, void bets and withhold balances pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. Serious breaches may be referred to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the RakyatSlot Platform including, but not limited to, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, design elements and software is the intellectual property of RakyatSlot or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.2 You may not frame, scrape, mirror or republish any portion of the Platform without express written consent from RakyatSlot.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RakyatSlot's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 RakyatSlot is not liable for: (a) any loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, incidental or consequential loss; (c) loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform; or (d) any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While RakyatSlot takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity, no warranty is made that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 RakyatSlot reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided.

12.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to an updated version, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RakyatSlot holds its international gaming licence. RakyatSlot does not operate under Malaysian domestic gaming law.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, you must first contact the RakyatSlot customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct discussion may be escalated in accordance with the dispute procedures established under the Platform's applicable gaming licence conditions.

13.3 Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising statutory rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction where those rights cannot be contractually waived.
